Frequent travellers chose plastic grass over natural one
Brian and Judy just decided to change their natural lawn into plastic lawns. Can you guess what prompted them to proceed with this decision?
Couples with motorhome decides to transfer lawn with plastic grass
As frequent travellers, Brian and Judy just got tired of the time and expense demanded by yard maintenance. So they decided to make the shift.
They were travelling most of the time and got tired of coming home with burned (brown) grass.
They tried their best to fix it, but it just goes out of control.
It even got to a point where they opted to must move out to a new neighbourhood. However, they had grown fond of the neighbourhood, Errol Road, their home since 1979.
Thus, the better alternative is to just replace it with plastic grass.
Setting up plastic grass in the front yard
With a manufacturers eight-year guarantee, the couple hired workers to pull out the sod, flower beds, and trees. Soon after, it was replaced with an 1800 square feet of artificial turf. The processes are as follow:
> The lawn and topsoil of the James’ yard were removed.
> The layers of crushed aggregate were laid and levelled.
> The artificial turf was unrolled and installed.
The result was just magnificent.

The future of plastic grass
Brett Kind, owner of SS Greenhouses has this to say, “I think once people start to see a few of them it will start to catch on.”
How about the new owners, Judy and Brian James?
“We don’t have to water it, we don’t have to put chemicals on it. We don’t have to fertilise it. Salt doesn’t bother it,†said Judy James.
“What else do we have to do?” asked Brian with a laugh.
“In my estimation, sweep the lawn!”
How about you? what will you do?
